The Management Board represents the Company and manages all its matters which have not been reserved by law or the Articles of Association for the General Meeting of Shareholders or the Supervisory Board. In accordance with the Articles of Association of Govena Lighting S.A., the body is composed of one to five members, appointed by the Supervisory Board for a five-year term of office, specifying at the same time their functions within the Management Board.

Mariusz Tomczak – Member of the Management Board
Graduate of the University of Łódź and the Humanities and Economics School in Łódź, Faculty of Marketing and Management. He also completed MBA studies at the Higher School of Finance and Management in Warsaw. For many years he has been the Sales Director in leading manufacturing and commercial companies. For over 10 years he has been the owner of a consulting company providing advisory and restructuring services to the largest Polish entrepreneurs. He has gained experience in management, among others as Chairman of the board of Electro Warszawa Promenada Sp. z o.o., and was the Member of the Supervisory Board of Internet Works S.A. in 2012-2014.
Paweł Kulczyk, holder of procuration A graduate in Law and European Studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolas Copernicus University in Torun, where he is currently working on his doctoral thesis at the Department of Civil Law. He specialises in capital company law, capital market and stock exchange instruments, management of high-tech and real estate capital companies. He holds management position in companies including Villa Park Investment S.A.; EFE S.A.; Startup Polskie Inwestycje Sp. z o.o., Discovery Sp. z o.o., EFE Romania S.A., and Rewelia Sp. z o.o. He is a licensed instructor of the Polish Chess Association.
